Refund, Returns and Replacement Policy

1. We have strict no return no refund policy.
2. However we can replace defective product but it’s upto us to decide the extent of defect . You must contact us at the earliest to ensure that our product reaches us for corrective action.
3. It is expected by us that you email or contact us within 24 hours of receiving our product.
4. As we do customisation of our unstitched and stitched products , if on receiving our products , you find it to be defective, damaged or discrepancy in measurements of final product, we will make sure that your product is corrected by alteration.
5. The cost of shipping the defective product to us has to be borne by the customer [whether you want replacement or alteration of product]
6. Once you send the product for replacement, it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

Customisation Policy

•⁠ We can customise your unstitched product or modify/alter the stitched product to required sizes.
•⁠ ⁠We would require your complete measurements as provided by you on our “Measurement form”.
•⁠ We will charge you for customisation and modification/ alteration as per the chat that we agree upon.
